Strong recycled pulp from tetrapak cardboard

Recycled pulp

Tetra Pak cardboard recycled softwood pulp

The strongest recycled cellulose fiber

Product

Tetra-pak is one of the greatest invention of the previous century. One layer of carton, one layer of plastic and one layer of aluminium. In order to ensure strength to the box, the carton needs to be made of very strong cellulose. But Tetra Pak is not easy to recycle. Our partner developed a state-of-the-art process to separate the different layers and recycle the cellulose (and the plastic and the aluminium)

Characteristics

Sustainability:  Our partner gathers the long-life packaging through pre- and post- consumption channels and recycles without using chemicals to give a second life to the different packaging parts. The company is FSC certified

Strength: Unlike many recycled pulp where the product is chemically processed and loses its physical properties, this soft recycling process coupled with a very good initial softwood pulp brings high strength to the recycled fibers
